This evening our volunteers were exploring options for mail merge for invoicing and these invoices were sent out by email before we intended. There were several errors in the process and we extend our sincere apologies on behalf of the board for any confusion that has occurred as a result. Please note:
- If you pre-paid your HOA fees for 2024-2025, we DO have a record of these payments. Please submit the difference owing. If you would like to receive a corrected invoice indicating the difference, please email to advise.
- For our neighbors who live in condo units, the HOA fee for 2024-2024 is $72. For neighbors in detached homes, the HOA fee is $110. You should have received updated invoices.
- These invoices were sent from the incorrect email address. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your invoice, please contact the board at info@blackburnecreek.com
- Our HOA would like to move towards emailed invoices to help your HOA fees to go further by reducing cost of printing and mail outs. If you would prefer to receive a mailed invoice, please let us know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as we are learning to utilize tools to increase the efficiency and economy with which we run the HOA.
2024-2025 Budget and Fee Increases
The board did not make the decision to increase fees lightly. To provide transparency, we have posted our budget for 2024-2025 along with a comparison of expenditures over the past 2 years.
