Invoices were sent through Canada Post in June to all residents required to belong to the HOA.

• For our neighbors who live in condo units, the HOA fee for 2024-2024 is $72. For neighbors in detached homes, the HOA fee is $110.  
  
• Our HOA would like to move towards emailed invoices to help your HOA fees to go further by reducing cost of printing and mail outs.  This will be discussed further at the HOA AGM in the fall of 2024.
• Payment is due July 31, 2024

For Neighbours who are not required to belong to the HOA and pay annual dues, we welcome donations.  These funds will support the HOA to fund the services that benefit all residents (additional landscaping, events for the community, etc.).  Donations of any amount are welcome and can be sent through e-transfer to HOAfee@blackburnecreek.com OR by cheque sent to
