The 2025 AGM information package is available in the Members Portal Documents folder/HOA Meetings and Financial Information Tab.  Limited printed copies will be available at the AGM.  Please consider reviewing in advance or printing and bringing a copy if you wish.  If you require a printed copy of the information package, please contact us at info@blackburnecreek.com  by November 14th and we will ensure to set aside a package for you.

 

We hope you will be able to join us at AGM on Tuesday, November 18th at the Ellerslie Baptist Church (10603 Ellerslie Rd SW).  

 

Doors open at 6:30 and the meeting will begin at 7pm

 

Important discussions and decisions will occur at this meeting, we hope you will attend to vote and share your voice and choice on the direction of our community.
