The AGM information package is now available on the Members portal. We are sharing this in advance so you have the opportunity to download and read at your leisure prior to the AGM.  We will have only limited printed copies available at the AGM.  If you wish to have a printed copy, please either print one from your home to bring with you, or kindly advise our volunteers by sending an email to info@blackburnecreek.com before November 15th and we will ensure that a printed copy is available for you.

Last year was a great turn out as 126 residences were represented at the AGM.  We are hoping at least as many of our neighbours will attend to exercise their democratic right to vote, to provide input into the direction and priorities of the HOA and to also review the successes and challenges of the past year.  Grab your neighbours and car pool over to join us!

Please note that while all residents of our community are invited to attend, only registered members will be able to vote.  Thanks for your understanding in this matter. If you are unclear which members of your household are able to vote, you can 1) email us at info@blackburnecreek.com OR 2) you can review the information on your land title.  

You will have the opportunity to:
  • vote on proposed bylaw changes and a revised code of conduct for board members
  • elect a new board of directors
  • inform the next steps of the board with respect to the trust fund, concerns related to speeding and safety, and timelines for completion of a judicial review of the restrictive covenant
  • detailed finacial information will be available for review from 6-7pm. Previous financial reports are also available on the Members portal

When: Monday, November 18th, 2024
Time: Doors open @ 6:00 pm, meeting will begin at 7:00.  Please arrive early to allow for registration.
