Annual General Meeting Announced

The 2020 and 2021 Annual General Meetings for the Blackburne Creek Homeowner’s Association will be held on November 4 at the Ellerslie Rugby Park.

Registration for the meeting will begin at 6:30pm and the meeting will begin at about 7:15pm.

Anyone attending the meeting will need to show proof of vaccination, or written proof of a medical exemption. A negative COVID19 test result from the last 72 hours will also be accepted.

Everyone at the meeting must wear a mask.

These are the rules of the rugby park and are being followed by the homeowner’s association.

Since no meeting could be held last year because of COVID, financial statements for the past two years will be presented. New members of the Board of Directors will be elected and members will be asking to vote on proposals to change the association’s Articles of Association, or bylaws as they’re also known.
