We look forward to meeting with our neighbours to provide updates and make decisions together regarding the direction of the HOA board and our community. Of important note, members will have the opportunity to vote on bylaw changes that will shape the direction of our community with respect to the restrictive covenant. Members will also have the opportunity to complete a survey on potential alternative designs. Your vote, your voice!

An information package is available in the member’s portal of the HOA website. Limited printed copies will be available at the AGM. If you would like a printed copy, please consider downloading and printing a copy to bring with you to the AGM.
A sample copy of the survey has been added to the members portal to give homeowners additional time to consider and research options. Please note, only surveys provided at the AGM will be included in survey results.
*** Please note, all Blackburne residents are welcome to attend the AGM. However, only HOA members according to land title will be able to vote in HOA matters. We thank you for your understanding.
