Plans are well underway for the HOA BBQ on August 30th***!
We hope you will join us from 1:00-4:00 for community, a BBQ and fun at our community playground and green space!
This year we will have a Community Bingo game for the adults, and a separate one for the kids. There will be prizes for playing! We will also have glitter tattoos for the kids and other activities.
We will have tables set up but are asking our neighbours to bring their own chairs.
To ensure a successful event, we are hoping for some help from our neighbours:
We are looking to borrow:
- 1 awning/screen tents
We are also in need of volunteers! This is your chance to give back to our community!
- Are you an expert at cooking on the BBQ? We would love your help. If we have enough volunteers, we will create one hour shifts.
- Volunteers are also needed for other tasks such as the Food station, Registration Desk, set up and take down of awning tents, tables etc.
