During the Canada Post strike, to ensure timely access to AGM invitations, the HOA board is:

 

• sending invitations by email to all those who have provided an email address to the HOA.  If you would like to arrange pickup of a paper based copy, please contact us at info@blackburnecreek.com

 

• hand delivering invitations to HOA members who live in the community and who have not provided an email address for communication.  Invitations will be placed in mailboxes where available or taped to front doors

 

• relying on Canada post to deliver invitations to owners that live outside of the community and are hopeful that despite the ongoing 'rotating strikes' that these invitations will reach members in a timely fashion
