Invoices for the 2025/2026 year have been sent by email and Canada Post according to preferences expressed by our members.
For those who consented to receiving their invoice through email: Please note that these invoices were generated from a mail merge program and will be coming from our treasurer’s gmail account. The mail merge program is only able to send the invoice to one email address. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received your email invoice and feel that you signed up for this to receive the $5.00 credit.
If you would like to update your preferences for the future to have your communications sent to a different email address or to sign up for email invoices, please let us know. As a board we are working towards moving to use of a google platform and will in the future have an HOA connected gmail account.
For homeowners who prefer to receive their invoice through Canada Post, these were mailed earlier this week and you should receive these shortly. If you would like to change your preferences to receive your invoice by email in the future to be eligible for the $5.00 credit, please contact us at info@blackburnecreek.com
A letter attached to the invoice explains the special assessment that has been added to this year’s invoice. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct these to info@blackburnecreek.com
In addition, a survey was attached to this year’s invoice to better understand the wishes of the community with respect to an approval process related to the restrictive covenant. These surveys can be returned to the HOA by email (scanned copy, picture, or typed declaration in body of email) or a hard copy can be included with your payment of HOA fees if you will be paying through Canada Post. If you have any difficulty or questions, please contact the HOA at info@blackburnecreek.com
For any of our neighbours who are not required to belong to the HOA, we welcome your donations in place of HOA fees if you wish to contribute. We will direct any donations towards services and activities that benefit the entire community: additional landscaping, community events and celebrations. Please note, that while we appreciate any contributions, we are not able to provide a charitable tax receipt. Thanks for your consideration.
