Homeless Camps

Blackburne Creek residents are being asked to contact the City of Edmonton if they see homeless camps in the area.

There was a homeless encampment in the middle of the walking path behind Horizon Harbour. That has been dismantled, but another one still exists deeper in the bush by the pipeline right of way.

The Condo Board at Horizon Harbour is monitoring the situation and asks anyone who is aware of such encampments in the area to call 311 to let the City know.
