An update outlining the background information, action to date and next steps related to the HOA board's discretion in enforcing the restrictive covenant and ability to receive applications for alternate designs and approve or reject these has been added to the member's portal>documents>legal.  This update will be included in the AGM information package.  We are providing this information now as well to ensure our members have time to review and consider before our upcoming AGM.

Pending the results of voting on bylaw changes and as we work towards implementing an approval process, we will be completing a survey at the AGM to gather information from members regarding the alternative options that would be acceptable while maintaining a cohesive look and feel that drew owners to purchase a home in this community.  Please attend to ensure your voice and wishes are heard!
