Many thanks to our neighbours who attended our Earth day clean-up in April.  We had a successful event!

 

Some participants walked away with some amazing prizes and we were able to clean up our walking trails and community green spaces.  Thanks also to all of our neighbours who do their part everyday to ensure waste is placed in bins on the walking trails, at the park or carried home to black bins . 

 

Blackburne is an amazing community and it is great that we can come together to ensure this continues to be a beautiful, clean and well kept neighbourhood. Please see our website post for pictures of the event.

 

A special thanks to our board members Joan and Brad who worked together to plan this event and organized sponsorship from local businesses to provide light refreshments and prizes for the volunteers.
