We had a positive, productive, and  solution focused discussion.  While a varitey of opinions were expressed, we so appreciated that differing opinions were shared in a neighbourly manner.  It was great to have the opportunity to hear from community members and to have your input and direction into proposed actions and next steps for the HOA.  The draft minutes of the 2024 AGM will be posted to the member's portal within the next 2 weeks to ensure our members who were unable to attend the meeting have timely information regarding the discussion and decisions that were made.

In addition, I would like to thank all of the volunteers and board members who helped to make this event a success. Our sincere thanks to Deanna, Bridgette, Cam, Chris, Dale, Adam, and Tamara  for their help with setup, registration, support at the financials table and logistics during the meeting as well.

I would like to also thank Dan Yip for his service to our community over the past year on the HOA board.  As your board, we look forward to continuing our work towards building community connections and meeting the needs and mandate of our community according to our bylaws and the direction provided by our members.
