Blackburne is clean and ready for summer!  Thanks to everyone who came to help out, many hands make light work!!

We are pleased to report there wasn't a lot of garbage to clean as everyone has been doing a good job of showing pride in our neighbourhood and putting trash where in belongs!

Still, we had 30-40 volunteers join us today to help clean up the litter in our neighbourhood and enjoy some refreshments and door prizes.

Thanks to the hard work of 3 of our board members: Joan Fife, Dan Yip and Brad Friesen, this event was completely funded by generous sponsors and businesses in our community!  Thanks to our Sponsors!!

It was lovely to connect with neighbours for the betterment of our community!
